Approximately fifteen years ago, our former tech support company made a massive networking mistake that caused our office to shut down. After two days of watching our staff of thirty-five sit around while they tried to restore the network that they knocked offline, I became desperate and started asking employees if they knew of anyone that could come in and straighten out the mess that we were in.
